If you could be what you want to be, live the life of your dreams, have the health that you desire – what would that look like?

Life is a miracle. You are a miracle. It’s an art to be able to create yourself in the best possible way that you imagine. In the best way you see yourself in the future, enjoying every moment. Your best self is a journey, not a destination. A pleasure to work on every cell, every move, every feeling and insecure moment, to focus on your soul, mind and body, and create the piece of art that you dream of.

You know you are capable of great things. You know that under the right circumstances you could go far. You believe in yourself and what you can accomplish in life.

Now all you need to do is find the way to create your best self.

Nutrition 

The food we eat becomes our blood, our cells, our tissues, our thoughts and feelings.

Therefore it’s the most important of all that you need to focus on when creating your best self.

Having a healthy body, brain and pure energy determines your results in other life areas. When you wake up feeling clean, light and full of energy, you are ready to chase every single dream you want. Your body is your home on this planet.

Many believe it’s just the calories that we need in order to go through our day, the energy that they provide and nothing else. Scientifically, it’s proven that:

Your body is a cellular community. These cells form your tissues, form your organs, form your body!. The cells communicate what they need. And all they need they take through you and the food you nourish your body with. You literally are what you eat!

Imagine a flower that you have in your cozy home. The flower is so green, beautiful and flourishing, giving you that inner happiness and joy when looking at it. One day the flower starts fading… The leaves go dry and dark, and you do not really know why. Would you take a green paint and color the leaves back green? Or you would give the flower sun and water – the nutrients it needs?

This is life. Every human, animal, plant or bird has evolved in a certain way with the need of certain fuel. Our fuel is fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds. ♡ Eating plenty of them guarantees your body is getting all the phytochemicals, nutrients and vitamins it needs to be healthy. Our cells divide, repair and live with the foods we give them. If we want our cells to be alive, we should give them food that is alive too. It’s worth thinking about it.

In addition:

  1. Every 3 months you completely rebuild and replace your blood supply
  2. Every 10 years adults completely rebuild and remodel every bone in their body
  3. Children rebuild their skeleton every year

All this happens by creating the right environment for the new, healthy cells to be born.

How do we do that?

By taking the right decisions of what we put into and on our bodies. As simple as that. Our body can heal itself by itself if only given the chance. Our body can repair and stay strong for decades to come if we provide the right fuel for it.

Mindset 

Focus on what you want. Not on what you don’t want. If you plan to be your best self, focus on the way to reach this final goal, let all worries go.

If the grass looks greener on the other side,

✨ stop comparing

✨ stop complaining

Start watering the grass you’re standing on.

Successful people take control of their experience and live as if their dreams have already come true! The way we see ourselves, talk to ourselves and manage our fears. The way we deal with stressful situations. The way we see the world and live life. The way we label things, emotions and plans. It all can be created!

Let’s try to create a successful mindset from the inside out.

Think about taking the following steps:

  1. Define your final goal

  2. Set an action plan based on the definition

  3. Find inspiration and motivation

  4. Create habits that will serve your goal

  5. Take baby steps

  6. Do not procrastinate

Once you start taking these steps, you will feel happy and inspired to do more. Instead of searching for some distant success, it’s always better to search for success in your everyday life—find success with the smallest bits of work that help you reach your goal. Then stay committed to those habits and strive to live them daily.

Physical Activity

Exercising is one of the things to do for proper health and longevity. It’s an art to know how to shape your body and use the energy that exercise gives you.

Physical activity strengthens the heart and improves the circulation. The increased blood flow raises the oxygen levels in the body. Every cell in our body needs oxygen. ?‍♀️ The recommended time for exercising is a minimum of 30 minutes a day. It can be running, jumping, yoga or even dancing – you will know you did a good job when your heart rate increases and you start sweating.

Exercise controls weight, combats health conditions and diseases, improves the mood and boosts the energy, improves the quality of sleep and overall health & life.

Moreover, we are human beings. Remember how our ancestors used to live thousands of years ago. They spent their entire days walking, hunting, running and climbing mountains. We have evolved to move. Our body should move on a daily basis. I like to call it another way to nourish the body. Since nowadays more and more of us have a sedentary lifestyle, it’s important to introduce physical activity to our  life at least 4-5 times a week. Every day would be the best. Leave the car and walk. Take the stairs. Dance while cooking. Grow food in your garden. Swim. Take a walk in your lunch break instead of sitting on a chair in the dining room.

In addition, even a slight workout every other day can help us stay active for many years to come. Regular physical activity when we are young will give us painless and full of comfort days when we advance in life.

Gratitude 

Gratitude is key to creating your best self. It is considered the most important and most powerful way to change your life. Gratitude is an emotion that helps us focus on everything we value in our lives. It helps us focus our attention on those things and people that are part of our lives, and thus we can improve the quality of our lives in all directions. With the help of gratitude, we can also increase our vibrations and thus attract in our lives whatever we want faster and easier, and fulfill our dreams and goals.

To be grateful is to be happier and happier. You can be grateful for everything in your life, even if that’s something that has had a more negative impact. For example:

  • Be grateful if you don’t know something, because it gives you the opportunity to learn.

  • Be grateful for each new challenge, because it will build your strength and character.

  • Be grateful for your mistakes because they will teach you valuable lessons.

  • Be grateful for difficult times, because during these times you grow and lead you to self-knowledge.

  • Be grateful for your limitations because they give you opportunities to improve.

If we look at these negative facts differently and are grateful for them in a certain way, our angle of perception of reality will change and our whole lives will change. For the better.

Gratitude improves self-esteem. Gratitude increases mental strength and improves physical health. Gratitude enhances empathy and reduces aggression. Grateful people feel less pain and sleep better. Gratitude will help you create your best self.

A reason to live

Once I read a study from the Blue Zones – the 5 places in the world where people live the longest and healthiest. What intrigued me the most was something I have never come across before and haven’t even given it a thought. Community. Celebration. Religion & peace. The people from Okinawa, Japan; Sardinia, Italy; Nicoya, Costa Rica; Ikaria, Greece, and Loma Linda, California had a thing in common which is believed to contribute to their longevity. They all spend their lives together. They live in a community, they never feel lonely and single. They find a purpose to wake up the next day in their gatherings, church meetings and friends’ celebrations. They share stories, laughter and dedication to life. They make plans, create relationships and seek for reasons to live tomorrow again. I find it extraordinary. Magical.

Always have a reason to live. Something deep and strong. Something that lasts long. Then find the next reason. Shape your beliefs in a way to serve your goals. Life is always moving forward and changing. Your existence is valued. Find your community and experience the love around you.

It is so beautiful, isn’t it?

The impact of your creation may not be immediate. Sometimes we plant the seed, but it takes time for it to take root. Dive into the art of creating your best self and cherish every rise and fall. The best is yet to come!
